There is a portal for both the Distribution and Publishing Division. You will have to register for each one but you can access both as long as you use the same email to set up each account. An Embassy Team member can assist with linking your two portals.

Disclosure: MED statements are issued monthly, at the end of each month. Please be advised that initial reports may be subject to a delay of 2-3 months. As per contractual obligations, publishing statements occur twice a year. However, it should be noted that EEP reserves the right to generate additional reports throughout the year, as we may choose to do so. Please understand that we are not contractually obligated to provide these additional reports.
We would like to bring to your attention that royalties for publishing may be subject to delays of up to 1-2 years after earnings. Such delays are standard in the industry and beyond our control.
Payment Request Note: Once you have accrued $100 USD in either portal, payments can now be generated upon request. Payments are scheduled on the last day at the end of the following month unless otherwise stated by MED or EEP. In order to be included in the next payment batch, all clients must submit a Payment Request Form. Payments are processed in batches, and clients must complete the form and provide their W9 or W8BEN and LOD (Letter of Direction) where applicable. You will be notified by the main office when to complete the form at https://musicembassies.org/paymentrequest/. Please submit the form only once it is verified that you have accumulated enough earnings for a payout and have received the go-ahead from the main office.
